The hotel is in a lovely area of Alcudia, very close to the beautiful beach and with three pools to enjoy. The rooms feature large shaded balconies where the Wi-Fi worked better, spacious showers, and delightful views, offering a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with the new waiter standing out for their friendliness and assistance throughout my visit. The dining experience, while serving fish dishes, was just average. Overall, a great location with nice amenities but could improve the dining quality.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a beautiful sandy beach and within walking distance to the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, from the cleaning ladies to the manager, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The dining experience included European bread and was satisfactory, although not exceptional. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.
